Across Pennsylvania, students are returning to class which means the roads become a little more crowded. This school year, over 1.5 million children will be transported over 400,000 miles in those familiar black and yellow school buses. Pennsylvania school bus contractors now have an opportunity to receive continued payments from schools during the COVID-19 emergency which has resulted in all K-12 schools being closed indefinitely.

A total of 95 school bus drivers from across Pennsylvania arrived in State College this weekend for the 43rd Annual State School Bus Driver Safety Competition. The competition held on June 21 and 22 was held on the grounds of the Mount Nittany Elementary and Middle School. Congratulations to the following drivers who will represent Pennsylvania at the International School Bus Safety Competition being held on July 21 in Austin, Texas.
