On Monday, September 18, 2023, Executive Director, Gerry Wosewick, testified before the Senate Transportation Committee. The purpose of the hearing was to collect testimony on the “Automated Enforcement of Traffic Violations”, specifically S.B. 748 (Argall and Schwank), S.B. 851 (Langerholc and Flynn) and H.B. 1284 (Neilson).

S.B. 851 and H.B. 1284 relate to illegal passing of school buses and automated cameras in enforcement.
